At Réalta, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as our signature style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Réalta tags attached and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
